ETW was present at one of the most important events in the world of international gastronomy.
The SIAL Shanghai trade fair conglomerates the most important companies in the Asian market. It is a privilege to have been able to participate of it.
The event was held from May 1 to 5, 2016 in Shanghai, at the magnificent Shanghai New International Expo Center, 2345 Longyang Rd, Pudong.
In this occasion ETW had an exclusive stand at the meat hall E3 D 053. It was found together with established companies in Asia. This booth had a very impressive production. The environment was set to perceive the feeling of entering a house in the Argentine Pampas. Half of the stand was occupied by one area to receive visitors and interested that worked as a living room, and the other area was occupied by a kitchen with internationally renowned chefs. Tools and utensils of the highest quality were used. For this production, ETW had different cuts of our Wagyu beef. The intention was to show these cuts in order to illustrate and educate the consumer. At the same time the kitchen floor was in charge of Pol Garcia, a recognized Spanish chef in the city of Shanghai and owner of the restaurant El Patio. He prepared several dishes as they were tiraditos, brochettes, tartare, grilled beef, sashimi’s and nigiris among others.
This presentation was very successful for the company due to the interact with the public and to illustrate to the consumer through the imprint of the highest quality in product and service.
